Bravo on Noughties references

Well done Sebastien on your new entries to the 2000's decade. It feels like that Arthur fellow has a bit of a US leaning bias and he certainly is very strict about what he "allows" people to add! Thats probably a good thing because we all need Wiki 2 B accurate but personally I feel sometimes certain people go too far. Have also been researching this issue and just added some refs to the discussion page. I think we have won the argument but I'm gonna do more on it when I get time. I even have some old documentary evidence about use/creation of the word "Noughties" in 1998/9 (some even from 1995 or 6) but I need to go the storage site to find them and scan them in.
