[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 07:22, 15 May 2022 (UTC)

Mixtapes are generally considered types of albums on Wikipedia
[edit]Hi. Please stop removing mixtapes as a subheading of albums on discographies. They are generally considered types of albums on Wikipedia (hence mixtape album), unlike EPs, which are generally shorter than full album length and were a defined format before mixtapes. Thanks. File source and copyright licensing problem with File:4NEM album cover.webp
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:4NEM album cover.webp. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Vladlen Manilov ✉ / 04:17, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of 4NEM (Chief Keef album)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on 4NEM (Chief Keef album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Grabup (talk) 04:31, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
4NEM (Chief Keef album) moved to draftspace; add sources, add references, and kindly add categories
[edit]An article you recently created, 4NEM (Chief Keef album), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello, I'm AshMusique. I noticed that you recently removed content from Cars 3 without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. License tagging for File:Inside Out 2.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Inside Out 2.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 16:30, 10 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to 2023 NBA In-Season Tournament, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. Thank you. Dieter Lloyd Wexler 06:17, 4 January 2024 (UTC)
Hi Scottydaking123! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of LeBron James several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:LeBron James, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 02:52, 26 January 2024 (UTC)
- Please discuss at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject National Basketball Association § In-season tournament in inbox.—Bagumba (talk) 03:09, 26 January 2024 (UTC)
Did you read the edit summary?
[edit]You were asked to start a consensus by another editor regarding these additions. Now you just sit there and go on reverting? I'll stay here all night. The smart thing to do is follow the instructions that were given to you by @SportsGuy789 Bringingthewood (talk) 02:42, 26 January 2024 (UTC)
- the in season tournament is a highlight why does it keep getting deleted Scottydaking123 (talk) 02:47, 26 January 2024 (UTC)
- Because with some highlights you need a consensus to add it to the infobox. That's why SportsGuy789 reverted them in the first place. It's easier to go where they said to go and state what you want to do. Honestly, if you continue to revert these and the wrong person sees it, you could get blocked. We do the same thing with the NFL pages, sometimes you just need others to know what your intent is. Please try it out. Bringingthewood (talk) 02:51, 26 January 2024 (UTC)
- Now you're just wasting your time. I tried with you. Just remember something, I can stay awake for 24 hours, what you're doing now is all going to be reverted in the long run -- without a consensus. Bringingthewood (talk) 03:03, 26 January 2024 (UTC)

2023 Kansas City Chiefs season
[edit]I do want to comment on the above conversation first, please try to keep discussions on topic. Wikipedia is not a forum to discuss personal opinions on topics, including criticizing an editor for living in an area with a team and being a fan of another team.
Regarding your edit linking 2023–24 NFL playoffs in 2023 Kansas City Chiefs season a total of 3 times in the Infobox, per WP:LINKONCE, a page should only be linked once in an article. Now, you can link that page in the infobox and link it in the lede and maybe in the playoffs section, but in the infobox it should only be linked once.--Rockchalk717 15:55, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
