Clan Watson moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Clan Watson, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - It would be useful to know what information you deem to be unverifiable. ScottishWatsons (talk) 11:07, 15 January 2023 (UTC)

- Scottish is a nationality and Watson is a surname. Neither are a company, group, organisation, product, service or website. The username comes from my interest in history and genealogy, particularly around the Watson family. I can't see how this is in breach of any Wikipedia Policy. - Watsons is plural, which therefore clearly refers to a group.
- Besides, when your username is ScottishWatsons, and you have submitted a draft on the Clan Watson, this very much implies that you have a connection with, and hence a possible conflict of interest (COI) with regards to, the subject. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:35, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
