Information icon Hello, Scoorlas. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Artificial intelligence in architecture, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. FifthFive (talk) 21:49, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I've reverted a large part of your changes to Artificial intelligence in architecture, since the content appeared promotional and because the sources weren't independent. The welcome page can be used to learn more about Wikipedia. Thanks, FifthFive (talk) 22:06, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Sorry I don't understand - There was nothing promotional and no appliation to any organization that may benefit financially from the information provided in the edits. I understand the issues that may arise with first hand reporting, but all information was referenced, cited and is provided to help accurately define the topic. As it existing in its reverted form, the topic is not properly portrayed. Will you please consider reverting by simply removing reference to my name within the contribution? Scoorlas (talk) 22:12, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There are additional requirements if one is receiving financial compensation (disclosure), but it isn't a necessary to have a conflict of interest. Most of the sources for the added content weren't independent - please read Wikipedia:Independent sources. You appear to have a vested interest in the field, which can influence articles that primarily draw from you (this is why simply removing the references to your name in the article wouldn't help).
The Bloomberg article looks like a good source. Feel free to create a COI edit request using it (or other similar, reliable sources) by creating a new topic on Talk:Artificial intelligence in architecture with {{Edit COI}} at the top.
If you have any further questions about the process or content, feel free to ask. Thanks, FifthFive (talk) 22:36, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
OK thanks for the information Scoorlas (talk) 22:38, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Hi I don't understand I thought I was editing / creating my user page? isn't that a personal page? Scoorlas (talk) 17:10, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It's a personal page, but there are limits to what can be put on it. It's really just meant to be about you as a Wikipedia editor; excessive non-Wikipedia-related content and promotion (which your page is) are not allowed. AntiDionysius (talk) 17:13, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I see - I removed all personal related information. Scoorlas (talk) 17:16, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
