User talk:Sashajackson
Welcome To Wikipedia.
[edit]Greetings, I am Acalamari, and I'd like to welcome you to Wikipedia. However, on your User page you say that you are an upcoming actress. I looked at your website, but if you don't mind, I would like confirmation from you to prove that you are who you say you are. I apologize if this sounds odd or rude, but very recently, several other Users and I were dealing with a User who caused a problem. To prove, please go to me User page, click on the "E-mail this user" feature on the left-hand side of the page, and send an E-mail to me. Sorry for this inconvenience, but I don't think either of us want you to be blocked. Before you E-mail me though, make sure you have enabled E-mail in your preferences. Again, sorry about this, but I don't want you to become a blocked User.
The above has already been done via E-mail. This is indeed Sasha Jackson, an upcoming actress. Acalamari 23:21, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

Writing your own Autobiography
[edit]You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.
Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.
If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. Jazznutuva 09:45, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
MfD nomination of User:Sashajackson
[edit]User:Sashajackson, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Sashajackson and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Sashajackson during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion.
