Proposal for Article Updates

[edit]

Hello, I would like to propose some updates to the article on Sarmad Gardezi. Specifically, I want to:

1. Add information about Sarmad Gardezi’s involvement with Google Developers Groups. 2. Update the external links section to include his social media profiles and official website.

I have a conflict of interest as I am the subject of the article. I have added a userbox to my Wikipedia user page to declare this.

For the changes, I will provide the following reliable sources: - [Google Developers Groups Profile](https://gdg.community.dev/u/mbkmt8/) - [Official Website](https://sarmadgardezi.com) - [GitHub Profile](https://github.com/sarmadgardezi) - [LinkedIn Profile](https://pk.linkedin.com/in/sarmadgardezi) - [Facebook Profile](https://facebook.com/sarmadgardezi) - [Twitter Profile](https://twitter.com/sarmadgardezi)

Please review these proposed changes and let me know if you have any feedback or additional suggestions.

Thank you!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Sarmadlakeshore requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. You have already been told, on the talk pages of at least two accounts, that using Wikipedia to publish a self-promotional page is unacceptable, but you have done the same again. Almost all of us, when we start editing Wikipedia, know little or nothing about Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, so nobody can be blamed for starting out doing things that are contrary to policies and guidelines that they don't know about. However, continuing to do the same things after being told about the relevant policies and guidelines is a different matter.. Also, one of your accounts has been blocked from editing in order to prevent you from continuing to do the same thing, but you have used other accounts, including this one, to evade the effect of that block. That is unacceptable: as long as your original account is blocked you do not have permission to edit Wikipedia. Therefore this account has been blocked indefinitely from editing. If you wish to start contributing to Wikipedia in ways other than writing about yourself, you may request an unblock. To do so, first read the guide to appealing blocks, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} to the bottom of the talk page of your original account.
