Recent edit to Vega (Street Fighter)

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Vega (Street Fighter), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! There isn't any reference about Vega being from Barcelona. In the japanese page of wikipedia just say it comes from Spain and in the reference about controversies there are a mention of the city of Seville, but its in japanese. I wonder why the english page "made up" the Barcelona origin.

Flamingo

[edit]

Hi Sampyche: Can you please explain why you removed the cited information about the splitting of flamingos into three genera from the flamingo article? (It was done in this edit. I don't want to revert if you have a good reason, but your edit summary doesn't explain it at all! MeegsC (talk) 20:59, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, im afraid i didn't change the things you mention. I only changed the word "flamengo" that is not a word of spanish or portuguese. The correct word is flamenco and is a spanish word.

Hmm. Check the link above. You may have only meant to change the spelling, but you changed a lot more than that! If you're okay with me doing so, I'm going to undo your change. I'll ping you when I'm done, and you can try again to change the spelling. I'll wait to hear from you, to know that you know what I"m doing. Thanks! Isco

Hey, good to know but the article does redirect you to Benalmádena... Kante4 (talk) 15:17, 4 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Bale

[edit]

First of all transfermarkt is not a reliable source. Secondly, it was discussed for days already. Kante4 (talk) 14:45, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Where in the UEFA document does it say that Bale received a medal? And transfermarkt was marked as unreliable after a discussion. Kante4 (talk) 19:17, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Bale #2

[edit]

Actually, Wikipedia is built on editor's consensus, that's how we have the WP:MOS and every other guideline going. What part of that document supports Bale winning the honour by the way? Kosack (talk) 17:56, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Achraf Hakimi, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 01:41, 9 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I haven't removed anything, and do you have a source that says there is no word for it in Portuguese, and that it cannot be found there? A paper discussing the manufacture of the Spanish version is not proof it cannot be found elsewhere, or that it solely originated there. Sumanuil (talk)
