Speedy deletion nomination of Good Story Productions
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Good Story Productions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. —George8211 / T 19:50, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
IMDb
[edit]I just wanted to let you know that on Wikipedia, IMDb is not considered to be a reliable source. The reason for this is that at best it is a routine database listing and at worst, it's an outlet that can be somewhat easily edited by random users. At most it can be placed in the external links section as a link or used to pull basic data from (cast lists, etc) but it cannot be used as a source to show notability. The same thing goes for press releases and the like. It's fairly difficult to establish notability for production companies because they tend to be more behind the scenes and not be the focus of news stories, but ultimately news stories are what Wikipedia requires to show notability. - Also, please do not re-create the page for the company on Wikipedia without going through the proper steps. In order to overturn the AfD you will first need to contact the deleting admin, MelanieN and ask if she will overturn the AfD. If she declines then you can take it to deletion review and make your case there. However you will need to provide better sources than the ones that were present at the AfD, as IMDb is not usable as a reliable source and WP:PRIMARY sources like press releases cannot be used to show notability either. Try to also avoid self-published sources like blog posts, since those undergo little to no editorial oversight that Wikipedia prefers. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:01, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 20
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Frozen Pictures, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Bravo, Showtime and My First Time. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, SamPeters123. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Burt Kearns, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). - propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 17:27, 29 May 2018 (UTC)
