Regarding Section on Alternative and Folk Music of Nevada
[edit]The citations and other links for the information was entirely accessible via the individual pages of the bands listed. See The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Panic at the Disco, David Hopkins, etc. Please do not remove these sections in their entirety again. Each of these bands have a wikipedia page which describes their Nevada roots with links.--Joemeservy (talk) 02:04, 9 February 2013 (UTC)

I just lost The Game
[edit]Hi Salvador. In reply to your query on my talk page: yes, non-English sources can be used in English Wikipedia but English sources are preferred when available. The relevant guideline is Wikipedia:Verifiability#Non-English sources. There are many speakers of other languages on Wikipedia who can be asked to confirm that a source does say what it says, and judicious and careful use of machine translation is possible these days, particularly for European languages. The article The Big Friendly Corporation has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Unreferenced. No assertion of notability. Fails to meet criteria at WP:BAND
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 05:18, 30 April 2012 (UTC)

[edit]I don't really understand your question, because you added categories to the article when you removed the tag — which means you already did exactly what the tag was asking for, so I don't understand what it is that you need clarified. Bearcat (talk) 16:18, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
Hello, just letting you know I removed the prod from the above article as it was previously deleted via a prod and later restored. Rotten regard Softnow 19:59, 21 November 2012 (UTC)

Pawn Stars
[edit]Hi, and a belated Welcome to Wikipedia, Salvafor! Thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to Pawn Stars, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept unsourced material or original research. This includes material lacking cited sources, or obtained through personal knowledge or unpublished synthesis of previously published material. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 19:04, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
