No one "needs" an article. In fact, there are good reasons to not want one, please read WP:PROUD. This is not social media like Facebook where anyone who wants one can get "a page". This is an encyclopedia, that summarizes what independent reliable sources state about article subjects, and has no interest in what the subject wants to say about themselves.
