Hi, Sushruta
[edit]I am Pt. Bishweshwar Nath Reu's grand son (Amar Nath Reu). Thanks for starting the biographical page. I would add to the information. IMHO, Granddad is important for two things, translation of B.G.Tilak's two books in hindi ("Orion or the Antiquity of Vedas", and "Arctic Homes in Vedas"), an idea which unfortunately has not been researched much; and writing "BishweshwarasSmriti", I think the latest of hindu smritis, which incorporates modern science (92 elements, Big-Bang, Evolution, Paleontology, etc.) and modern social thought (acceptance of untouchables as equals, widow-remarriage, etc.). Also note that the correct spelling of his name is "Bishweshwar" Nath Reu. With regards. Aupmanyav (talk) 14:23, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for June 30
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Girija Shankar Sharma, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rajasthani (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). The article Damodar Sharma has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. kelapstick(bainuu) 09:18, 5 July 2013 (UTC)
- Hi SUSHRUTA, I have removed the deletion tag from the article, however it will still need some more references. Please read the policy about biographies of living people. You can also see referencing for beginners. Thanks for the message. --kelapstick(bainuu) 04:03, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
