Welcome
Welcome to Wikipedia, ST7733B! Thank you for your contributions. This is an encyclopedia, so remember that it's a necessity to include references listing reliable websites, newspapers, articles, books and other sources you have used to write or expand articles. Please understand that these sources should verify the information in a fair and accurate manner. However, you must not copy and paste text you find anywhere, except for short quotations, marked as such with quote marks and carefully cited to the source the quote was taken from. New articles and statements added to existing articles may be deleted by others if unreferenced or referenced poorly or if they are copyright violations. See referencing for beginners for more details.

- Hi, ive seen that you changed my lyrics on baa baa black sheep, its proven to be the original lyrics based on the wool trade from British, during the medieval times. I would like it changed back for this false information could mislead thousands of people. 103.180.1.222 (talk) 08:04, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
- I see. Guess you are right. I will go restore your version. ST7733B (talk) 08:12, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
- It's not what the cited source says, though. You were right in your orginal revert. MichaelMaggs (talk) 13:16, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for pointing that out @MichaelMaggs. Have a nice day. (Apologies for the slightly late reply) ST7733B (talk) 02:51, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

Hello, and thank you for removing vandalism from Port Moresby. We appreciate this, but unfortunately your edit was not successful in restoring the article to its pre-vandalised state. For future reference, it is better to deal with vandalism by checking the article's page history to determine how it appeared before it was vandalised. You can then restore the whole article, or the relevant part of it, to an appropriate earlier version. If you simply delete the visible vandalism then any content removed or overwritten by the vandal is lost. See How to deal with vandalism for details. Thank you. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 08:37, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Sumanuil, thank you for pointing this out. I will take note of this. ST7733B (talk) 08:40, 14 December 2023 (UTC)

Mattdaviesfsic (talk) 00:05, 25 December 2023 (UTC)Your comments on Sgnpkd's unblock request
Your experience ostensibly includes 830 edits in 3 months. Based on your activities, I'm assuming this is not your first account. In any case, you comments at User talk:Sgnpkd#Blocked as a sockpuppet really weren't helpful. Please leave that stuff to people who know what they're doing. Thanks. RoySmith (talk) 16:50, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
- Hi RoySmith, my apologies for any inconvenience I caused. I promise to leave
that partcommenting on others talk pagesinoff for some time and the decision ultamitely up to the admins. I will mainly concentrate on updating latest information in public transport articles and perhaps fix some WP:MOS errors in them as well instead. SG5536B (my talk page | my contribs) 23:05, 20 February 2024 (UTC)- Also, this is actually my first account. But why did I make 830 edits in 3 months? When I was first not editing on Wikipedia yet, I have been looking up to how the good editors make changes to Wikipedia articles. Soon, I picked up the skills from them quickly as well as the basics and some functions such as Twinkle. Gaming the system or causing disruption was never my intention; I just wanted my contributions to Wikipedia as useful as possible. Nevertheless, I apologise for any of my edits that make you concerned. Thank you for reading. SG5536B (my talk page | my contribs) 00:00, 21 February 2024 (UTC)

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.
Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Picard's Facepalm, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Picard's Facepalm • Made It So Engage! • 13:17, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hi @Picard's Facepalm, thank you for your input and feedback here. I was reverting an edit to your talk page performed by a probable sock puppet of User:AirbusA350500 as pointed out by another user. I thought I was not doing it wrong per WP:REVERTBAN. Okay, I understand where this can get concerning, but when I read through WP:TPO thoroughly, I discovered that one of the examples of appropriately editing others' comments was
"Removing or striking through comments made by blocked sock puppets of users editing in violation of a block or ban."
Nevertheless, I realize and accept I should have provided a more accurate edit summary with my revert to minimize confusion. Thank you for reading. ~ SG5536B (talk) 15:28, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
Capitalization of Japanese station names
Hi there, please stop moving Japanese train stations names to the weird capitalizations used by the railway companies. Current consensus is that we use English conventions and the letter after a hyphen is capitalized, see lengthy discussion at Talk:Sōtetsu Shin-Yokohama Line. Jpatokal (talk) 09:52, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
- Hi @Jpatokal, thank you for your point. I made several changes to station and line articles based on what the latest and official station signs show (such as this image). Note that the page "Imba Nihon-idai Station" was moved from "Imba-Nihon-Idai Station" in December 2022 (which is more than one-and-a-half years ago) taking into account the station name written on the railway operator's website. Also, I was unaware of the discussion at Talk:Sōtetsu Shin-Yokohama Line before you raised it to me, but now I have read it. Okay, I understand your view in how changing the title from "Shin-Yokohama Station" to "Shin-yokohama Station" seems awkward. However, for some other station articles including Kyoto-kawaramachi Station and Ishibashi handai-mae Station, I'm not really sure if the letter after the hyphen should be uppercase or should be left as it is. What is your take on this? If you think the capitalization in the title of the station article on Wikipedia I mentioned earlier in my comment should be slightly altered to what you think it should be, I will be willing to accept it. Thanks for reading. ~ SG5536B (talk) 13:35, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
