The article Copper Ibuprofenate has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not even stub grade information; conflict of interest by article's creator noted on talk page; article openly admits that little information is available.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Questions

[edit]

{{helpme}} I am looking for more information on how to best help combat wiki vandalisim. I have herd of software, but I am lost about how to use it... or even download it.

Consider joining the CVU. You can always undo bad edits at NPP (found at Special:NewPages). For tools, consider using Twinkle, and when you have enough experience, apply for Rollback rights so you can use Huggle, which is easier to use.  fetchcomms 03:41, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your responce, I have read about htis stuff, but I was wondering if I could get some instruction on how to join the CVU, and download the tools or use the tools

There is nothing to do to "join" the CVU, just start undoing bad edits. To use Twinkle, go to Special:Preferences, and under "gadgets", check the box for "Twinkle". Then you will get some extra buttons allowing you to remove vandalism faster. The Twinkle page explains in more detail. Basically, go to Special:RecentChanges and click on "diff", allowing you to see the changes made in the edit. If the edits are vandalism, then you can click "undo" or, when Twinkle is installed, click the "rollback" button. Nothing to download for Twinkle!  fetchcomms 03:54, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} What is the most effective way to find vandelisim and remove it? my computer is now off, so please just leave responce here

The most effective way is Huggle, which camps out on recent changes. Josh Parris 05:07, 5 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New deal for page patrollers

[edit]

Hi Russellsaccount,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
