Question from Khan iqsal (04:43, 31 August 2024)
hello , tell me all about quantum computing superdense coding. explaining step by step with examples. --Khan iqsal (talk) 04:43, 31 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Khan iqsal I think you might have me confused with Claude or ChatGPT. I regret to inform you that I am entirely human and know nothing about quantum computing. Rusalkii (talk) 05:09, 31 August 2024 (UTC)

Closing the edit requests at Terry Wahls
You closed this edit request, saying there was consensus that a source failed WP:MEDRS. One editor said they believed a source failed MEDRS (there was back and forth but it was just between the two of us). Edit Requests # 1 and #3 can’t be decided without further discussion outside this proposal.
But there are four other requests that don’t cite that source and have not been addressed. These are #2, 4, 5 and 6. My guess is that the editor who left their analysis about MEDRS did not close the Request Edit because they didn’t want to be bothered to do a review of the other straightforward requests.
Can you please review the 4 edit requests unrelated to MEDRS? Lola1950 (talk) 16:06, 3 September 2024 (UTC)
- That's fair, closing it entirely was too hasty, and framing it as other editors plural was also incorrect. Taking a look now, if I don't feel up for it I'll reopen the request for the non-MEDRS related questions so it goes back into the queue. Rusalkii (talk) 16:37, 3 September 2024 (UTC)
Thussy moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Thussy, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Dan arndt (talk) 06:22, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
- @Dan arndt I RfD'ed the redirect but otherwise wasn't involved in this article. The discussion concluded with the decision to transwiki it to the wikitionary entry, it likely should be undeleted and reverted back to that. Rusalkii (talk) 16:48, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, just looked, looks like the transwiki redirect is in place. No idea where this came from then. Rusalkii (talk) 16:48, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
Question from Ceri Aber (14:00, 4 September 2024)
Hi Rusalkii In response to your offer of help regarding articles as my mentor. I have almost finished my first article (for which I am now adding citations) I wanted to ask, when it is complete should I publish straight away from the sandbox or can I show it to someone like yourself to make sure its up to standard. Being my first time I am not sure of the best way forward. Thank you. --Ceri Aber (talk) 14:00, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
- @Ceri Aber for your first article, you should go through Wikipedia:Articles for Creation, a process for reviewing new editors' work. It might take a while, since there's a long backlog - if it does, you can ping me and I'll take a look. Rusalkii (talk) 16:51, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
Your help with updating Brian Rush
Thanks very much for reviewing the suggested updates. You asked for clarification on a couple of the items. [2] I’m just wondering if there’s anything else I can do to clarify - or if you have suggestions for improvements? Thanks again for your time! Daytonasurf (talk) 17:16, 5 September 2024 (UTC)
Question from Victor Nelson Gomes on Guinea-Bissau passport (17:15, 10 September 2024)

Question from Rohanshrestha1 (12:33, 12 September 2024)
Hi Would like your help publishing my page.Constantly getting error "no stashed content found" please help --Rohanshrestha1 (talk) 12:33, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
- @Rohanshrestha1, could you please explain in more detail what exactly you're trying to publish and how? Rusalkii (talk) 21:09, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
- making a wikipedia page for myself. General information about who I am and the work I do Rohanshrestha1 (talk) 10:21, 17 September 2024 (UTC)
- It looks like you sucsessfully created Draft:Rohan Shrestha and submitted it to Articles for Creation, where it got declined. As a new user, you can't create a page directly into mainspace, and shouldn't anyway due to the conflict of interest guidelines. Timtrent left some comments on your draft, which you should try to address before resubmitting it. Rusalkii (talk) 20:09, 17 September 2024 (UTC)

Chime (company) introduction
Hi Rusalkii, I wanted to leave you a message here to alert you that I have added my proposal to the Chime (company) talk page for the introduction. Thank you! Chime rep DB (talk) 18:48, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the ping! I am taking a break from the COI edit request queue, but will hopefully get back to it shortly and take a look at your request then. Rusalkii (talk) 20:11, 17 September 2024 (UTC)
Question from MATRIX Research Institute (05:22, 16 September 2024)
Hi Rusalkii, Hope this message finds you well... I'd like know how things will proceed after I have created/published a new page - MATRIX Research Institute. Would I receive feedback from editors after this? Thank you so much for your help. Best wishes, Luna --MATRIX Research Institute (talk) 05:22, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hi! Since this seems to be an article about a company you are associated with, you will need to follow the conflict of interest guidelines. You'll submit an article to WP:Articles for creation, which will put it in a queue for experienced editors to review before publication. Rusalkii (talk) 20:10, 17 September 2024 (UTC)
COI Edit for Cohen Milstein
Hi @Rusalkii! Please consider this a friendly follow-up about a COI request for Cohen Milstein. Might you have time to take a look at my reply from August 31? Or would you prefer that I re-open the request? Many thanks for your guidance. Signed, BlueRoses13 (talk) 19:06, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the ping! I am taking a break from the COI edit request queue, but will hopefully get back to it shortly and take a look at your request then. Feel free to re-open the request for other editors in the meantime. Rusalkii (talk) 20:11, 17 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the response! I totally understand about the break — the COI queue is a lot of work! I'm happy to wait for a bit — and would welcome your thoughts about Flint — though I may taker you up on your offer to reopen the request at some point. Thanks again. Signed, BlueRoses13 (talk) 22:32, 17 September 2024 (UTC)
Question from Karima Words&Ideas (00:18, 22 September 2024)
Hi Rusalkii and Liance. I joined after commenting on an article in a Wickipedia discussion. I can't find my comment now, so I guess my question is, "How do I get back to what I think was called a *talk* about an article?" The subject was Reiki Healing, and as I said in my opening, I don't have a dog in this fight. I'm a Sci-Fi / Literary Metafiction writer who was looking this up for a friend, but this was the most absurdly biased article I've encountered in decades of using and financially supporting Wickipedia. Many thanks! Karima --Karima Words&Ideas (talk) 00:18, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- P.S. I see I misspelled "Wikipedia"! Great start for a potential editor. Humble apologies! Karima Words&Ideas (talk) 00:20, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hi! You can get to a talk page by clicking the "talk" button in the top left of the page, near the Wikipedia logo. Here's a link to Talk:Reiki. Do note that for any article making medical claims, the sourcing requirements are pretty strict - you may want to take a look at WP:MEDRS. Rusalkii (talk) 19:35, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! Karima Words&Ideas (talk) 21:14, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry for another P.S.; I'm used to being able to edit my comments. I won't do anything else on this article because it really isn't my area of interest--I was just caught by its extreme bias. And as another person mentioned, letting the Catholic Church weigh in is a bit silly if the criterion is strict rationalism. Karima Words&Ideas (talk) 21:18, 22 September 2024 (UTC)

Question from SaSiregar on Category:Alumni of the University of Buckingham (11:47, 22 September 2024)
Hi plz help add a name to the Alumni of Uni Buckingham, how do we do that? --SaSiregar (talk) 11:47, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
- To add an article to the category, you can put Category:Alumni of the University of Buckingham near the bottom of the article (where the other categories are). Most people should not be added to University_of_Buckingham#Notable_alumni, that should be reserved for a few of the most prominent alumni. If you think the person you're thinking of belongs on that list, you can edit that section, but make sure that you don't have a conflict of interest (e.g. not yourself the subject of the article or know them personally, see WP:COIE). Question from Farmgal13Aus (10:23, 25 September 2024)
Hello , I’m a first time user and hopefully can get to the stage where I can create a page! I’m in Australia and I’ve seen some misinformation that’s been taken from Wikipedia and used on Twitter or X. I have a number of nephews and nieces that are big fans of a book in Australia called ‘George the Farmer’. Currently there is no page on Wikipedia about this book series. I have been involved in agriculture all my life. This is the first book that I’ve come across that explains agriculture to children and also contains links to Australian teaching resources for free. I am not part of this business nor a member of the family that created it. But like in the US, There has been debate in Australia about abortion and unfortunately for the book George the Farmer, an Australian politician who does have a Wikipedia page Ben Robin Hood MP,he was connected for a couple of years with the business. People on Twitter are linking the Wikipedia page of Ben Hood MP that has factual errors in saying that he created the character, when it was actually created initially by a female within South Australia. I’m concerned about the misinformation because it could directly impact young children being able to access these educational resources. The reason that as an adult I am fascinated by these books is the fact that they are also working on another level by bridging the urban and rural divide in knowledge on the topic of Agriculture. How do I go about either one making an edit to Ben Hood’s page? Or to try and create a George the Farmer page? Because currently this kids book is being dragged through the mud and the books in themselves contained external education sources for both children and adults to be able to learn more about the topics discussed within the books. They are very educational and I find quite clever because they tend to actually teach adults too! Can anybody please point me in the right direction of how to interact with wiki as I’m very new to this process! Thank you! --Farmgal13Aus (talk) 10:23, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hi! For general how-to-edit questions, you may want to go through the tutorial at Help:Introduction to editing with VisualEditor. You can start making updates to Ben Hood, just make sure that any new facts you add are supported by a reliable source. I don't recommend starting out by making a page, since that's pretty difficult, but once you feel more comfortable with editing the basics are here. Rusalkii (talk) 23:11, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
