The area exists, or seems to, but is it notable? The sources are all local, and the issue is that there is not even a definable area which is denoted by this term. Bottom line is you need better sourcing. Also, if you use a book or other document as a source, please include page #'s. Linking to a 160 page document without telling folks what page the sourced information is on is pretty worthless.
