It definitely reads like a full-page add in some magazine. The {{Use mdy dates}} should have stayed. It notified editors to use m/d/y format instead of d/m/y. I hacked much of the overtly promotional-sounding nonsense. Thanks for the heads-up! Cheers

Please avoid overlinking

Please see wp:OVERLINK. Common words, especially if not important to the topic, should probably not be Wikilinked. If the definition of a word is needed, Wikitionary can be used and directly linked. Example: [[wikt:Wikipedia]] produces: wikt:Wikipedia. You can also wp:pipe it [[wikt:Wikipedia|Wikipedia]] produces Wikipedia. Cheers Adakiko (talk) 09:53, 28 July 2022 (UTC)
