RoseCherry64, you are invited to the Teahouse!
Hi RoseCherry64! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. We hope to see you there!

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:17, 30 August 2018 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Flamingo Breeze cassette cover.png
A tag has been placed on File:Flamingo Breeze cassette cover.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (Talk|Contribs) 13:12, 28 September 2018 (UTC)

- Also, note that Wikipedia editors are not too crazy about album articles that are not connected to a band article, so if you know anything about that band, consider developing an article on them too. Good luck. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (Talk|Contribs) 18:50, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, RoseCherry64. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

Ways to improve Gaussian Curve (band)
Hello, RoseCherry64,
Welcome to Wikipedia and thanks for creating Gaussian Curve (band)! I edit here too, under the username Doomsdayer520 and it's nice to meet you :-)
I wanted to let you know that I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:-
Thanks for your new article on the band Gaussian Curve, though I am a bit concerned about their basic notability. Their albums have gotten some pro reviews but I can find very few reliable sources about them as a band. If you know of any such sources, the article could really use them. Good luck.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Doomsdayer520}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Music from Memory compilation albums
A tag has been placed on Category:Music from Memory compilation albums requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
A bowl of strawberries for you!
Hi thanks for creating Motoo Ōtaguro. Is it based partly on the ja.wiki article? If so there’s a template I need to add. Thanks. Mccapra (talk) 07:28, 28 December 2021 (UTC) |
- @Mccapra:: I only used the list of his books from the Japanese wiki. I'm not sure if a simple list of works needs to be attributed, but otherwise I wrote it from scratch. RoseCherry64 (talk) 10:47, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
- ok great thanks. No the translation template isn’t needed in that case. All the best Mccapra (talk) 13:15, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
Source Paulos Milkias
Thank you very much for provided the source! I have received it in good order. Dawit S Gondaria (talk) 19:31, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- Glad I could help out. RoseCherry64 (talk) 19:33, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hello again @RoseCherry64: do you (still) have the book? Are you willing to share the contents of Chapters ‘‘Sports and Leisure’’ & ‘‘Popular Culture’’ on p: 368 till 398 ? The previous request was to verify claims for another user. I'm currently gathering sources to expand the Culture section of Amhara people article, also see [[1]], it would probably help the sports, arts, films section a lot. Dawit S Gondaria (talk) 12:04, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Dawit S Gondaria: I've mailed the additional pages. Hope this helps you with the articles. RoseCherry64 (talk) 16:10, 11 January 2022 (UTC)

On 12 January 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Motoo Ōtaguro, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. Hello there, I'm the creator of Neurocracy and I wanted to thank you for providing Rotideypoc41352 with a copy of the paywalled article written about the game in Sydsvenskan! I wonder, would it be possible for you to send or share the text of the full review with me? I'd love to read the author's impressions of Neurocracy and I'm unable to access it myself.
