If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sunayaana requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Notice

The article Charumitra has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

One-line unsourced stub, no evidence of notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Karuvaki, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kalinga. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Please do not add any text without a reference. If you add it will be removed. You can always find your content back from Page history also. Venkat TL (talk) 11:32, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have added all the references so please dont revert my edits, please Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 11:31, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ok sure thanks for the advice Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 11:33, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You are not listening. Please stop. As you can see here, in this edit, you are still adding several lines without any source for that content. So it has been removed from the article and saved in the Page history. You should not add content with Citation needed tag. Since you are adding that content it is your responsibility to provide citation. You cannot add anything you want with citation needed tag. Venkat TL (talk) 11:42, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The story of the TV Serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat is not true history

[edit]

Hi,@Riyyyaa19aaaa, I understand that you are a fan of the TV serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat. But you need to understand that the story of the story of the TV Serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat is not true history that you can add in Wikipedia.

At best the characters of the TV Serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, are inspired by the historical characters, Their dialogues and their acts are fiction even though they use the same name as the historical characters of Magadh Dynasty. The Historical character Karuvaki is not the same as the TV Character Karuvaki, even though they use the same name.

If you click this link for the episode, of the serial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDu-cemsTf4 you will find that the description says, "The accuracy, completeness, currency and/or suitability of the above video description is not endorsed by its licensor or broadcaster or the Channel. They shall not be liable for loss and/or damage arising from the video description." So the serial makers do not claim that their serial is authentic. Wikipedia article on Karuvaki should not contain material from sources whose accuracy is not verified.

What you see in that serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat can only be added in the plot line of Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat. Any details about the characters in the serials can only be added next to the Name of the TV character in the list of Casts in the Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat serial. Please do not add to the article of the historical person named Karuvaki. Venkat TL (talk) 13:08, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

But I am not writing or taking inspiration from Chakravartin ashoka Samrat serial like I have read books and my aunt is an history teacher so what I have read I wrote Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:31, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And I don't even watch ashoka Samrat serial Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:32, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I have never even seen a episode Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:32, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Which I have read from ashokavadana or from historian M.N Das and the Mahavamsa I wrote that info in wikipedia Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:33, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And according to Ashokavadana Karuvaki was daughter of a fisherman in Kalinga and chakravartin ashoka Samrat shows that she is the princess of Kalinga Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:35, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
So you see I dont watch or I took inspiration from chakravartin ashoka Samrat Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:35, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I am just adding what I have read Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:36, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And I have been editing from 2 months and today only this is happening and not only Karuvaki page but even more pages like devi dont have any sources so why just me I was doing my job Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:38, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If you have not seen a single episode of Chakravartin Samrat Ashoka then how do you know that Karuvaki is shown as the princess of Kalinga? Please do not use content from Ashokavadana to edit Wikipedia. You can only use History books authored by historians and published by reputed publishers. With all due respect a history teacher is not considered a reliable authority here. Venkat TL (talk) 13:40, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Wait about the Kalinga princess thing my sister watches it and she told that Karuvaki was an Kalinga princess and I knew she was the daughter of Fishermen from Kalinga so Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:43, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ok so you see you said you can use history books authored by historians and published by publishers then wasnt M.N Das a historian Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:45, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And you say donot use content from Ashokavadana then on Ashoka's page half of the content is from Ashokavadana or mahavamsa Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:46, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And why only me there are several pages without source of information so tell them too Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:48, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Please indent your posts.
You claim that Ashokavadana mentions of a Karuvaki, who was the daughter of a fisherman in Kalinga. Please cite the page number from John S. Strong's translation.
Even if you are correct about Ashokavadana, you cannot synthesize information from TV shows to claim weird things. TrangaBellam (talk) 13:53, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Doesn't matter who watched the serial. You are editing based on the serial, so you are being held responsible. Anyway, I hope I have clearly explained why a serial cannot be used as a reference to add content to wikipedia. You can read more on Reliable source to understand more on this. M. N Das may have edited that book but Ashokavadana is authored by Buddhist monks. They are not a good source of history. So please do not make edits on articles based on Ashokavadana. And you are always supposed to mention the source of your information while making edits on Wikipedia. Venkat TL (talk) 13:50, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
So I will but dont revert my edits please as last time I am requesting you and I will find some of the references for sure but till please let me live Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:53, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia has no deadline. Until and unless you find a proper source, the information will be kept out. TrangaBellam (talk) 13:56, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Everyone I said that I'm not editing based on serial Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:57, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sure Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:57, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
What do you mean by a proper source Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 13:58, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Proper source is explained in detail Wikipedia:Reliable sources but you will not know until you click and read the page at Wikipedia:Reliable sources. Until then you should edit User:Riyyyaa19aaaa/sandbox and not the articles on Wikipedia. Venkat TL (talk) 14:02, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And see guys I'm an beginner so I dont really know about these wikipedia stuff and I really want you to help me Riyyyaa19aaaa (talk) 14:00, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Please indent your posts. You add one colon for each reply; thus, if my post has one colon, your next reply should have two colons, and so on. This creates a pleasing "staircase" which makes it easy to see at a glance where one person's comment stops and another's starts.
This is a not a Facebook chat-box. Take your time and draft a comprehensive reply. Don't publish after writing every single line.
About what constitutes a proper source for historical topics, consult this essay. TrangaBellam (talk) 14:02, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ok. Please be careful while editing. After you make the edits, you can click "preview" and check your edits before you publish them. This will prevent any inadvertent mistake like this above. Venkat TL (talk) 14:04, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
