You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because you clearly have no intention of doing anything other than using Wikipedia as a free advertising service to promote your work. I might have thought you were just a new editor acting in good faith but not aware of Wikipedia's standards, had it not been for your editing of Próżna Street, Warsaw. There is no way anyone acting in good faith could try to hijack an article on a completely unrelated subject like that. Clearly you have been intentionally and knowingly spamming.
