Auto? bio

I have deleted Richard D. Bronson again because it was substantially a copy of the Huffington Post article. A few suggestions:

• please read WP:AUTO and ask yourself whether you should be writing here at all
• no bio will succeed without independent references
• choose a user name that does not scream "autobio"! Have you forgotten that you registered Pballard10 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log)?
• write in encyclopedic tone
• "read more about" and similar phrases are for children's websites. Wikipedia readers know that when they see a link it will enable them to read more about
• which of the following is the correct link format: Atlantic City, NJ or Atlantic City, NJ? So why do you use the first format.
