User page not for self promotion

[edit]

Your User page is not a place to promote your family's song. David notMD (talk) 04:57, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

To respond to your question here - Question - who can view my page? only admins? I am not promoting anything. - Your userpage is public, not private. Anyone on the internet can view it. Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia, and not a webhost - nor a place to work on your song. There are many free providers out there that would be great for this - such as office / Microsoft Word Online, and Google Docs. You can review our policies with regards to this behavior here: Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_a_blog,_Web_hosting_service,_social_networking_service,_or_memorial_site. Another policy to read if you wish to work on the encyclopedia is our policy on multiple accounts, which can be found here: Wikipedia:Sock_puppetry. If you have any questions, or if there is anything I can help with, please feel free to leave a message on my talk page at User_talk:SQL. SQLQuery me! 20:05, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No, it is not. Thank you...
