[edit]Hello, I'm Galobtter. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Capital punishment in the United Arab Emirates, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Galobtter (talk) 03:08, 4 January 2024 (UTC)
- Check the new Federal Penal code of 2020. Article 409 says that homosexuality carries 6 months imprisonment. Rayanmou07 (talk) 17:43, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Capital punishment in the United Arab Emirates, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:

. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
I wasn’t providing false information. I was just updating the article to match the current Penal Code. This was a false block.Rayanmou07 (talk) 17:50, 5 January 2024 (UTC)

Your comments here and below conclusively demonstrate you need to remain blocked at this time. Yamla (talk) 20:36, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Your edits were incompetent, inserting content with a source as if that source applied to the whole list, but worse, you were editing without being logged in to gain an advantage--and then you tried to get others blocked. That's a no no. Next time, start by citing reliable sources, citing them properly (not bare URLs), and playing by the rules. Drmies (talk) 17:52, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
- No, you don’t understand. The new Federal Penal Code from 2020 agrees with my edits. What I would do now is source my edits with information from trusted sources. Why did you block me for no reason? -- Rayanmou07 (talk)
- You weren't blocked for posting false information. You were blocked for edit warring and abusively editing while logged out. --AntiDionysius (talk) 18:10, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
- Actually, it’s the other (anonymous) user’s fault, not mine. Blame the kid. Don’t blame me or the human rights organizations, blame the odd kid. Rayanmou07 (talk) 18:16, 5 January 2024 (UTC)

I’m sorry for everything I have done. I have abused multiple accounts and I have tried to get others blocked. I would like to change my behavior and start citing reliable sources and playing by the rules. I’m sorry that I blamed others. I’m sorry for being rude and immature. Please forgive me. This doesn't address your edit warring. 331dot (talk) 07:52, 19 June 2024 (UTC)

I am also sorry for edit warring and editing abusively when logged out. I’m sorry for everything PLUS the edit warring. I would love to edit Wikipedia again. Rayanmou07 (talk) 14:54, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
In the past month, you have used half a dozen socks, and you were evading while logged out just over a week ago; much of this came after you had assured us in the request above that you understood socking was wrong.
The persistent socking means that a) WP:3X applies, meaning that the community would have to sign off on an unblock request, and b) it seems exceedingly unlikely that anyone will unblock you without you taking some extended time off first (cf. WP:SO) – I certainly am. --Blablubbs (talk) 01:47, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

Okay, I have to admit my wrongdoings. I’m sorry for everything I’ve done. I bullied innocent users, abused multiple accounts, and have used more than a dozen socks. I’m sorry for all the personal attacks I’ve done to Uness232, NoobThreePointOh, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Yamla, DMacks, Cabayi, Wretchskull, MacAddct1984, The Herald, Jacona, Czello, and EvergreenFir etc. I owe all of them, including Drmies, a sincere apology. I also should not have hidden LilianaUwU, YesImOnFire, and ToadetteEdit’s comments. I promise to make useful contributions and constructive edits from now on. When will I be unblocked? Rayanmou07 (talk) 10:34, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Procedural decline. You've been so abusive, you are banned, not just blocked. And you've been evading that ban earlier this month. As you are working hard to demonstrate you need to remain banned, there's absolutely zero chance the community would lift your ban at this point and would likely de-sysop any admin who took your request to the noticeboard. You need to go at least six months with zero ban evasion. You are clearly just maliciously wasting our time at this point. Yamla (talk) 11:08, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
