Move of SARS page(s)

Please do not move pages with taxoboxes to new titles without fixing the taxonomy templates. One or more of the recent moves completely messed up taxoboxes, causing articles to show up in the taxobox error-tracking categories. To make the taxoboxes work, I have moved a page to use a hyphen. If this was wrong, then move it back, but also fix any taxonomy templates that are affected. It's wrong to leave articles with broken taxoboxes. Peter coxhead (talk) 06:21, 13 July 2020 (UTC)

@Peter coxhead: Apologies for the delay in my reply. If you were referring to any of the (many) moves of Severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus, I did not in fact perform any moves to that page nor take part in any of the talk-page discussions, but instead tweaked the links on the articles for the individual strains (Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus and Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) to reflect that page being moved from using a hyphen to using a dash. I did neglect to check the taxoboxes; thanks for notifying me about that. Now that you've moved the article in question back to the original title, I've undone my edits to the SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 articles in light of that. Apologies for my mistake. I monitor the taxobox error-tracking categories most days, and recall that there were quite a few that day. Usually I can fix errors easily, but this one baffled me. I now think that the problem was that on my system (a Mac), I can't really see the difference between hyphens and en dashes, and the taxonomy templates and articles were inconsistent. Although I asked at WT:VIRUSES, I'm not sure if anyone has sorted it out yet. Peter coxhead (talk) 20:54, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
