Hi Raksh rathod, I am sorry that nobody thanked you for your edits and you had trouble getting answers to your questions. Although the different-language Wikipedias are separate, user names are linked, so your account here may have been automatically created when you visited a page here. It's perfectly all right if you don't want to contribute here but only on the Hindi Wikipedia, but your account here is purely an administrative thing with no requirement for you to edit and can't be deleted. As you see above, if you decide you want to be renamed, there was a question you will need to answer first. And the rename will apply on Hindi Wikipedia too, and all the others; the accounts are connected.
