Marshall and Bentham principles of welfare economics with respect to Pareto optimally were mostly controversial nowadays. How the total welfare of our society not equivalent to the GNP. Those countries have reached the zenith points of business cycles they also have a common unrest with their resources which are temporarily satisfied. we are now in the new era of population economy.Our world economy have been demonstrated by more than seven billion population over the last year.Generally speaking by the noted population economists and their prediction of alarming growth beyond control have a hazardous impact in our society.Ofcourse it may be a curse over the generation of people.Scarcity of our resources and its applicability towards formation of human capital have the vital role in our economy.Our country like India and China who are the both mostly populous country in the world.Obviously 15th percent of world population live in India.Our economy in the growth perspective is very much appreciable to the nation.A largest economy of the world keeping mind attaining the 5th rank in purchasing parity economy over the world.As well as an economy of 5 trillion dollar in the next three years.Vast population of our economy engaged with the service sector and some other occupation that have been positively a great role in participation of income generating skill and development of our economy.In this case, we may refer the example of start up company,manufacturing of domestic company related to the geo tag products.Which have the close substitute of goods and services.Such type of economic employment within the economy perform an optimum result of gross happiness of our economy.Populatoin economy is related with the stable economy.Where stable growth rate of population and our growth rate of economy is equal to each other.Common participation of human resource in each sector must be equal.Shifting of population from the agriculture sector to the other sector is a great sign of modern welfare economics.
