If there is not a substantial quantity of reliable and independent source material available about a subject, that subject is not notable and it is not appropriate for there to be an article about it. If there is, the article must be written in a neutral tone, sticking only to facts the sources confirm and without any "talking up" or the like. At this point, it looks like it will not be appropriate to have an article about this individual at all, unless you could provide substantially better sources than video sites and social media.
