Hello RASSIOPEIA. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Wondershare Recoverit Data Recovery, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:RASSIOPEIA. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=RASSIOPEIA|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Jack Frost (talk) 09:45, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Jack Frost, Yes I was expecting compensation for my edits, I apologize if my edits give an impression of promoting a topic, I tried to write with a Neutral point of view as I saw so many data recovery software articles are written in the same format. I apologize for the copyright text I didn't know about that I'll be more careful while editing in future--RASSIOPEIA (talk) 08:33, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Jack Frost I have posted the {{Paid}} template on my userpage with the employer and client name. Am I allowed now to edit on Wikipedia? I will learn and write with a neutral point of view and will follow Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Thank you RASSIOPEIA (talk) 12:16, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for declaring your conflict of interest. That doesn't mean you can write what you like, you must follow the guidance below:

  • you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation or company, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, logs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company or organisation claims or interviewing its management. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
  • To show notability, you need significant coverage in independent, multiple, reliable secondary sources. Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.
  • You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
  • There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
  • You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Your previous attempt was entirely about what your product does, which is basically promo, and most of the references were, in fact reviews. Notability doesn't depend on whether your product is brilliant or rubbish, so linking to reviews is unhelpful, and again looks promotional.

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above; it's not clear to me that it does, since we have nothing like sales figures or (proper) awards. Also check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article.

Take your time over this, your COI declaration prevents you from being blocked for failure to declare, but you will have to produce something that passes muster Jimfbleak - talk to me? 08:51, 30 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Wondershare Recoverit Data Recovery, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. A tag has been placed on One Disease requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.onedisease.org/about-one-disease. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

DanCherek (talk) 14:26, 12 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, just to follow up: because the text has already been posted on the organization's website with no indication of compatible licensing, it can't be copied to Wikipedia without official confirmation that they consent to its use. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on how to do that. Also, if you are editing for pay on behalf of One Disease, please disclose that on your user page. Thank you! DanCherek (talk) 17:21, 12 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi DanCherek, Thank you for posting, can you please guide me how can the organisation put license to the content they have given me with permission. They don't want to put any creative commons license on their site. Can you tell me the best way to do this? I'm confused RASSIOPEIA (talk) 09:58, 13 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The procedure is detailed at WP:DONATETEXT — they will need to send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Please see that page for further instructions. I will point out, however, that Wikipedia is primarily interested in what reliable, independent, secondary sources have to say about a particular subject, not what it says about itself. For that reason, basing most of an article on a company's own "About Us" page isn't appropriate either, and may be viewed as promotion. DanCherek (talk) 14:38, 13 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

This is my first and only account I'm not a sockpuppet, I requested for rename but they rejected my request and could not complete it Because my blocked they can not rename my account. Please request a unblock on the project(s) you are blocked at and file a new request after your block(s) have been removed. Please unblock me so I can rename this account. RASSIOPEIA (talk) 10:46, 3 August 2021 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You boast that you have been editing for 4 years in your article for hire service, but this account is only 6 months old. You have many good reviews for your article for hire service, more than you can explain with this one account. The math just does not add up. I cannot consider your unblock request until you start being honest with us. HighInBC Need help? Just ask. 10:51, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hello HighInBC, I'm trying to be honest I just lied on my article for hire service I don't have 4 years experience why would make such childish mistakes if I had 4 years experience. I will correct this information from my profile and I promise I will not make such mistakes in future. Please reconsider this block thank you. RASSIOPEIA (talk) 11:06, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

HighInBC I have removed that incorrect information from my profile you can check, please reconsider my unblock request. RASSIOPEIA (talk) 11:15, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't believe you. Even if you were lying it still does not explain how you have more reviews for jobs than articles you have done with this account. You are essentially saying "Believe me I am telling you the truth, I was lying to everyone else". Still does not add up. HighInBC Need help? Just ask. 11:17, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

HighInBC I can share screenshot with you and I can give proof of every project I've already disclosed all my paid edits. 4 projects were from same client for Eric Deters article. Let me if this can work? This my only source of income I've lost my job in pandemic and this block stuff I'm in huge panic. I can provide evidence but please reconsider my request :( RASSIOPEIA (talk) 11:23, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

My review stands. A screenshot does not mean anything, you can use tools to make a webpage say anything for a screenshot. Your username shows you were already familiar with Wikipedia and its admins when you signed up anyway. If you can't be honest then we won't get anywhere. HighInBC Need help? Just ask. 11:26, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
