Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Gorillaz into Meanwhile... (Gorillaz EP). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 23:59, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
The article Pop Drunk Snot Bread has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
non notable album
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jax 0677 (talk) 00:47, 26 February 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Pop Drunk Snot Bread
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Pop Drunk Snot Bread requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Regarding a redirect on the page for the 2023 incarnation of Clone High
[edit]Why did you put a redirect to the page for the Clone High reboot? There is no mention of the show being Season 2 on Max (it is considered as a separate show from the OG), sources such as Rotten Tomatoes don't consider this show as S2 of the original and it was produced entirely in the US rather than the original which was co-produced in Canada. Please state your thoughts below. Thanks for understanding.

- the creators have said themselves that it is just a second season of the show. i just felt it would be easier to keep it all in one article Quest14759 (talk) 17:42, 11 August 2023 (UTC)

NOFX
[edit]Hey. I'm writing to you, not just because I reverted your changes again, but to say that it's probably better that you discuss on Talk:NOFX why you think their discography page shouldn't be included in their infobox before removing it one more time. [edit]Please stop wiki-linking to Mega Collider Records on the Third Eye Blind related articles. Links like that don't help the reader when it just redirects to a massive band page that barely even mentions the label. Sergecross73 msg me 00:53, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
Removing discography pages
[edit]What's with you removing discography pages at articles such as NOFX, The Offspring, Less Than Jake, Weezer, etc.? Whatever your reason is, please stop it. UndergroundMan3000 (talk) 14:14, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- i'm only removing them from the infobox. its not needed there because theres entire sections in those articles dedicated to show their discographies. people can just scroll down there, theres no need for it to be in an infobox Quest14759 (talk) 14:53, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm aware that articles of the bands I reverted you at have their own discography sections, but it should be noted that there are tons of other band articles (examples including Rush, Nirvana, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Sepultura, Tool, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, etc.) that have their discography page listed in both the infobox and discography section. Does that mean their discography page shouldn't be included in the infobox either? UndergroundMan3000 (talk) 15:43, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- those all werent added until recently. whats with u mentioning other bands? im just saying a link to discographies arent necessary to infoboxes, they should be in their own section. why are you making this a big deal?? Quest14759 (talk) 16:09, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- I was just giving you an example of who else has their discography page in their discography section and infobox. If you think including one to a band's infobox is not necessary, then I think this matter should be discussed at Template talk:Infobox musical artist#Discography and not just to me. UndergroundMan3000 (talk) 16:14, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- Literally everything in the infobox is in some other section of the article, that's the entire point of an infobox. If you have a problem with including discographies in the infobox, take it to that template talk page, but edit warring a valid parameter isn't going to prove your point. Missile Toes moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Missile Toes. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 01:49, 28 January 2024 (UTC)

- Final warning - next time you add content to Wikipedia without citing a source, your account will be temporarily blocked from editing. See WP:REFB if you need help, but ignoring these warnings and continuing to add unsourced info is not an option. Sergecross73 msg me 16:39, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
- I saw your comment here and assumed it was a misplaced response to this discussion? If so, I'm referring to how you kept making unsourced tweaks like this at Trapt, and then, rather than stopping, you did it again here at Bowling for Soup. Sergecross73 msg me 23:32, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
Please carefully read WP:BLP; Dextero and Youtube videos do not qualify as WP:RS for the content you added to Wilbut Soot

. I highly suggest reading WP:RSP before posting any contentious information in the future. When in doubt, take it to the talk page first. We take WP:BLP very seriously here. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:32, 9 March 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
i added info that has been trending about that creator for a while, dont think my profile's in need of a block
Decline reason:
Your lack of understanding and insight into your block is disheartening considering this block is only for 24 hours. Trending is irrelevant.. You need WP:RS for BLP's.-- Deepfriedokra (talk) 22:46, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
dont understand how its "disheartening" lmao. yes it is 24 hours and i can wait, but im just confused as to why it was made a big deal to the point where i was blocked? he was a fairly popular figure, and added a source from a publication.
- Your next block will be much longer if you add that material again after this block expires. OhNoitsJamie Talk 02:10, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
still no explanation as to what i did was wrong. its public info, you didnt tell me how the source was "unreliable"
- You were given a very clear warning about BLP, which you violated by replacing one unreliable source with another unreliable source. Further violations of WP:BLP will result in longer blocks. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:33, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
