User talk:Qubyxrao
A tag has been placed on Qubyx, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — Indon (reply) — 12:29, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Anim cube.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Anim cube.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Copyright problems with Image:Anim cube.gif
[edit]The article Qubyx was deleted by another admin before I could review your changes to it. A quick look and the version just before deletion in the delete log suggests that the article was still dubious, although had it been the initial version it might not have been so likely to be deleted. I advise you to read WP:CORP (our notability guidelines for articles about corporations, and WP:Spam, particularly the section on "How not to be a spammer". Note such phrases from the latter as "Wikipedia is not a space for personal promotion or the promotion of products, services, Web sites, fandoms, ideologies, or other memes. If you're here to tell readers how great something is, or to get exposure for an idea or product that nobody's heard of yet, you're in the wrong place." and "Most often, when a person creates a new article describing his or her own work, it's because the work is not yet well-known enough to have attracted anyone else's attention" and "Articles considered advertisements include those that are solicitations for a business, product or service, or are public relations pieces designed to promote a company or individual." from the former, note "A company, corporation, organization, group, product, or service is notable if it has been the subject of secondary sources. Such sources must be reliable, independent of the subject and independent of each other." Note that "Press releases; autobiographies; advertising for the company, corporation, organization, or group; and other works where the company, corporation, organization, or group talks about itself..." are not considered valid sources for this purpose.
If you consider recreating an article about Qubyx, i strongly urge you to throughly read the above links first. Particularly given that such an article has now been deleted several times, there is likely to be a presumption that any new version, particularly if created right away, will be advertising. If this company is truly notable, someone else is very likely to write such an article in time. Consider, would you expect to find this article mentioned an a general purpose encyclopedia or other general (not trade) reference source?
