Other accounts?

[edit]

This account is  Technically indistinguishable to NotDCSports and there is crossover on some articles such as 2018 D.C. United season. That account did not respond to Bagumba nor has it ever responded to anyone. There will need to be a response here explaining the two accounts or they will both be blocked as sockpuppets. Communication is required.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 23:29, 19 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Is there some user account drama I'm not privy to here? Pushpaizol (talk) 00:51, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It hasn't been labeled as a valid alternate account. The account is yours?
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 23:19, 25 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I was using it to keep the sports edits separate from other edits. To my knowledge it hasn't been used in any sockpuppetry or violations, but then again I don't pay much attention to user account drama. Pushpaizol (talk) 23:57, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You need to get that account labeled correctly per WP:VALIDALT, please. The two have intersected on 2016 D.C. United season, 2017 D.C. United season and 2017–18 Washington Wizards season.

  • The other account has been indefinitely blocked. You chose to use it even when I had given you the benefit of a doubt and for some reason you decided to ignore me about labeling it. Now I have to believe that you were socking all along.

Information icon Hello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, D.C. United, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Apologies, looks like someone already got to it. Pushpaizol (talk) 02:15, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

NBA Transactions

[edit]

They aren't complete until the transaction is done, the NBA approves it and the transaction is announced by the team or league. A signing or trade just being reported as "going to happen" doesn't get updated on Wikipedia. Thanks Rikster2 (talk) 21:49, 21 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
