This is a borderline one. The article is good on content, but the sources are heavily reliant on self-published material by the organization. Some of the other sources don't even mention the org. Given the current discussion regarding the deletion of Phyllis Keino, it's probably best to beef up the sources a bit before publishing this, or it may likely end up nominated for deletion as well.
