Paediatric vs pediatric in Queensland Children's Hospital

[edit]

Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that I've reverted your change to Queensland Children's Hospital - in Australia, we use -ae in the word paediatric. You can see this spelling on the Children's Health Queensland website. If you have any questions, feel free to {{Ping}} me in your reply 😊 Tim (Talk to me) 10:30, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm WikiHannibal. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Johan Eliasch, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. WikiHannibal (talk) 07:40, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Johan Eliasch. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. WikiHannibal (talk) 12:42, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi!
Just a question: wouldn't using the word "undemocratic" be against neutrality? I mean if 40 abstained, there were still 77 votes for Eliasch.
Another thing, the article we both read mentions 15 signed the letter to protest the election, not exactly that 15 walked out. There may be a better way to phrase the sentences in the page. Prof.PMarini (talk) 08:54, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, if you mean "some delegates called the elections undemocratic", it would be not neutral if a wikipedia editor called the elections undemocratic but using a source which calls them that is OK. On the contrary, redacting their opinion based on the editor's opinion on the elctions would be non-encyclopedic, non-neutral, biased. As for those 15, you replaced it with 10, so I hope there was a source for 10 walk-outs? Or a better one for 15? Inany case, the article needs a better source but of course a more precise phrasing is also welcome. Also, regarding your edits, going through the links in my notices above, and perhaps more general help on editing, would prevent further misunderstanings regarding citing sources etc. Thanks, WikiHannibal (talk) 12:18, 18 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Natcom Bancshares, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Superior High School. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
