I cant get drafts up for review.

- I don't see that you have a draft in a state where it would make sense to submit it for review. When you do, there should be a button that says something like "Submit your draft for review!" that you can click on. Failing that, you can add
{{subst:submit}}
at the top of the draft and click on "Publish changes" and it will have the same effect. (I'm told this is difficult to do using the Visual Editor, sorry.) - But creating an accepted new article is one of the hardest things you could choose to do on Wikipedia. If you first spend considerable time (dare I say 250 successful edits?) making a wide variety of improvements to existing articles, you'll then find creating a new article somewhat less daunting. You can find things to work on at the Community portal, classified by the type of work needed.
