The article Samir Aftab has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. J947(c) (m) 06:03, 31 May 2017 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan 2D
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan 2D. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. CHRISSYMAD ❯❯❯¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 14:43, 1 June 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Diffs: [1] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 14:03, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Diff: [2] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 14:51, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
- Oh, and regarding this, your sloppy attempt to summarise critical response has two major flaws: 1) "Mixed to positive / mixed to negative" phrasing is meaningless and is widely shunned by multiple Wikiprojects. "Mixed" already means "positive and negative". Are you trying to say "positive and negative to positive"? I hope not, because that's meaningless. 2) The content is not properly sourced. Using a reference printed the day before the film was released is just a ridiculous rookie mistake, but it's also indistinguishable from vandalism. Wikipedia is not a soapbox or a vehicle for promotion. If you're here to promote films, let me know and I'll revoke your editing privileges. If you're here to edit with integrity, then please start doing so. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 14:55, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 12:58, 2 July 2017 (UTC)For these changes. Again you've submitted unsourced financial details, and again, we don't care about your personal evaluations of the film's critical performance and again, "mixed to negative" is meaningless. Per our neutral point of view policy, your addition of "box office bomb" language and "very worst movie of Tamil Cinema Industry" is wholly inappropriate for inclusion. If you want to write caustic evaluations of films you don't like go start a blog like everyone else. Wikipedia is not the place for this. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 13:02, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
Nomination of ABC (2018 film) for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article ABC (2018 film) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/ABC (2018 film) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:51, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
Do not copy
[edit]"Do not copy" is a basic academic concept taught to children at an early age. In this edit (which has been deleted, so you won't be able to see it) you added content that can be found verbatim here and here. Content is not free. We are not allowed to copy it and paste it at Wikipedia. All prose must be written from scratch in your own words, not copied or even closely paraphrased from other sources. I strongly advise you to read up on our copyright policies, because if you violate copyright again by plagiarising content, your editing privileges will be interrupted. Future films
[edit]Please do not add to filmography tables those films that are not yet shooting, as they violate WP:NFF. --Kailash29792 (talk) 08:20, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of 777 (TV Series)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on 777 (TV Series) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.nettv4u.com/about/Tamil/tv-serials/777. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Prasath94, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to 777 (TV Series) have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CAPTAIN RAJU(T) 18:15, 16 November 2017 (UTC)
Ways to improve NKR 15
[edit]Hi, I'm Slatersteven. Prasath94, thanks for creating NKR 15!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Your page is likely to be deleted unless you put some sources in that establish notability, Also please read WP:CRYSTALBALL.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

[edit]Please find some sources to establish notability, and unmade films usually fail AFD.Slatersteven (talk) 09:40, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
Hello, Prasath94,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether NKR 15 should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/NKR 15 .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

Issuing level 1 warning about removing AfD template from articles before the discussion is complete. (Peachy 2.0 (alpha 8))
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with NKR 15. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. Disambiguation link notification for December 7
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of awards and nominations received by Tamannaah, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ayan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 20:29, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
Please do not distort filmography tables for your own interests! Separate tables should not be there for films on the basis on their language, films that are not yet into production should not even be mentioned in the article, and there should NOT be a column denoting the film's serial number! Pon Ondru Kandein is unlikely to begin filming anytime soon since Tamannaah is already filming Queen Once Again in Paris. As a result, I have reverted your edits. You act on me again, and I will report you. --Kailash29792 (talk) 06:31, 9 December 2017 (UTC)
