October 2014

[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Gold bug  with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 02:45, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

See WP:CENSOR. Please do not remove that again without discussion in talk:Gold bug per WP:BRD. Thank you Jim1138 (talk)

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Gold bug shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Gold bug, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 03:29, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Gold bug with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. —Frosty 03:35, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Our policy on living people

[edit]

Please see WP:BLP. In a nutshell, we can't call living people "gold bugs" without very good sources that meet our criteria at WP:RS. I've deleted them from the article and the sandbox, so please don't reinsert them. Dougweller (talk) 12:34, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Adnarkey. Thank you. Your draft article, User:Plotograts/sandbox

[edit]

Hello, Plotograts. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "sandbox".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Plotograts/sandbox}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 23:23, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
