Query

Hello, I was just testing List of Jains/wikidata and was wondering if there's a way to compare the results with List of Jains. Is that possible? -- Pankaj Jain Capankajsmilyo (talk · contribs · count) 08:22, 2 November 2017 (UTC)

@Capankajsmilyo: I see that's been moved to User:Capankajsmilyo/List of Jains. The only way to compare them, that I know of, is to use off-wiki text comparison tools, or extracting each into a spreadsheet. Try asking for alternatives, at [WP:VPT]]. ArbCom case request

Hi Andy, just a courtesy message to let you know that you've been mentioned in a case request relating to the dispute about information from Wikidata on enwiki. Regards, Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 06:48, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

@Callanecc: Thank you. Please include a link when you make such notifications. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 10:37, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
(watching:) I wonder if said page could be structured, to have a template for every case request, as we have them for FAC and even DYK? If you watch one of 4 requests (as last week, - I watch the one on top that has still not been put "out of its misery") it would be helpful if you'd see on your watchlist which case was commented, not just who commented. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:16, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

Template:Infobox district

Would be nice if Template:Infobox district could be deleted. All ~2500 left over calls could be replaced with calls to Template:Infobox settlement. 77.179.249.182 (talk) 03:57, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) Maybe I missed the beginning of this discussion, but please see WP:R#KEEP, especially items 2 and 5. Redirects like Template:Infobox district help prevent people from creating duplicate templates. – Jonesey95 (talk) 05:41, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
Jonesey95 is correct Furthermore, you can change uses of Infobox district to Infobox settlement, as and when you make other edits (but should usually not edit just to make that change). Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 10:39, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
That User:Jonesey95 is correct would imply that Template:Infobox_district is an article. Where is the evidence for that? 77.180.87.44 (talk) 19:37, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
