Hello Pierre Boltoukhine. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Nüvü Camēras Inc, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Pierre Boltoukhine. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Pierre Boltoukhine|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:40, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your response @DoubleGrazing, I confirm that I am an employee at Nüvü Camēras Inc. I apologize for not disclosing this affiliation in my previous contributions to the Nüvü Camēras Inc article. It was an oversight on my part to not comply with Wikipedia's mandatory disclosure requirements.
I will promptly update my user page to reflect this affiliation. I kindly request that you point out any specific areas or parts of my articles that need attention or correction after I have complied with the terms of use. Pierre Boltoukhine (talk) 13:16, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I recieved your email; I prefer to discuss Wikipedia matters on wiki if at all possible. The link you provided did not work in any event. 331dot (talk) 19:43, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Archives should not be edited. You are welcome to discuss the matter here, or on the draft talk page(Draft talk:Nüvü Camēras Inc). When I said the link didn't work I meant the link you provided in your email to the archive. 331dot (talk) 20:24, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@DoubleGrazing, I have filled the {{Paid}} form on my personal account as required. Would you be so kind to show me the parts that are Wikispam to you so that I can rewrite or erase the troublesome sections from the article?
@331dot, would you like me to provide you all the links to the scientific publications here? Or have you been able to access those since yesterday? Pierre Boltoukhine (talk) 12:14, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You may put them here, but I cannot guarantee I will look at them quickly. 331dot (talk) 12:53, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot, here are the articles I mentioned in the other post
https://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserver/31693/1/thesis_comp.pdf
: PhD thesis using the technology towards the development of quantum computing platforms. In particular, section 4.4 highlights that the technology is crucial for single atom detection and has contributed to improve imaging sensitivity by two orders of magnitude.
https://authors.library.caltech.edu/115177/1/1182310.pdf : Peer reviewed article on the use of the technology in the coronagraph of the Roman space telescope. A highlight would be that the instrument reaches 2-3 orders of magnitude higher contrast than current state of the art coronagraphs for exoplanet imaging. The Roman coronagraph also serves as a demonstrator for future dedicated exoplanet imaging missions, such as HabEX and LUVOIR, further strengthening the case of the technology in the long-term.
https://arxiv.org/pdf/1407.0701.pdf : Peer-reviewed article characterizing the technology back in 2014. Here, the authors obtained performances equivalent or lower than reported by Nüvü, validating the technology’s advantages. The technology is also presented as a prime candidate for exoplanet imaging mission, which illustrates the role of the technology in the evolution of this area of research since 2014.
Of course there are many other articles published by researchers using the technology (https://www.nuvucameras.com/publications/). Although these articles will of course focus on their author’s innovations, these are made possible with the unique characteristics of Nuvu’s technology.
Please let me know once you've read them.

I really don't have the time to invest in reading these documents, unfortunately. From your description it sounds to me that the technology itself might merit an article, but not necessarily the company. You could ask at the Help Desk or Teahouse for some other opinions(and maybe someone who is able to review this information adequately). 331dot (talk) 18:59, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I had a look through those sources and I agree that they don't show that the company is notable. We have related articles about the technology, charge-coupled device mentions EMCCD and links to image intensifier as the main topic (which, oddly, doesn't mention EMCCD). It might be worthwhile to have a standalone article about EMCCD, or a notable product made by the company, but at this time I am not seeing coverage of the company that would meet WP:CORPDEPTH requirements. ~Anachronist (talk) 16:54, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
