[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to New Year's Revolution (2006) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
- List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

[edit]Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Layla El. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.
For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.
If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. NiciVampireHeart 11:17, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
- The problem with that is Layla El is written in British English, using the day month year date format, i.e. 11 July 2014, not July 11, 2014. Changing one date within the article from the consistent format is not only very jarring to read, but also doesn't make any sense logically. NiciVampireHeart 13:00, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
Hello
[edit]I'm not sure if you saw the message I left on my talk page, but the reason why I keep reverting your edit on One Night Stand (2008), is because of a typo you made and I thought you were a vandalizer. My sincere apologies sir, it won't happen again. TheGoldenSamurai (talk) 03:37, 4 August 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, One Night Stand (2008), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 03:43, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Please cite sources
[edit]People want to be able to verify information on Wikipedia. So, significant edits need have their content cited using reliable sources. See verifiablity. This means that information must be published, and presumably vetted, by reliable groups and individuals. What you should do is to locate a source that supports the edit you wish to make. Then add a citation to that. Peruse wp:welcome to learn about editing Wikipedia. You can also visit the Teahouse for information and assistance. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a note on my talk page. Welcome and Happy editing! Jim1138 (talk) 04:26, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Reference Errors on 24 August
[edit]Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:
- On the Hell in a Cell (2012) page, your edit caused a broken reference name (help). (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:22, 25 August 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for September 21
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited SummerSlam (2012), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page World Heavyweight Championship. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:17, 21 September 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm United States Man. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Night of Champions (2014), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. United States Man (talk) 01:56, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
- It is best that you not add summaries until the event is over. Also, there is no reason to have such long summaries of each match that is obviously not following the source you provided (refer to WP:RS). Thanks, United States Man (talk) 02:13, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
Re: your edits
[edit]- Please sign your posts to talk pages. Type ~~~~, and the software will automatically convert that to a signature.
- I'm not a dude.
- In future, please link to the diff of the edit you're referring to; life's easier that way.
- Backlash: the fact the match was a WM rematch is already noted in the Background section where it belongs; adding it again is clunky, repetitive, and plain unnecessary.
- SummerSlam: ditto the above, plus "Legend vs Icon" isn't a match type; it was hype/spin used to promote the match and is unencyclopedic.
- Judgment Day: no source for JBL's reign length. Again, "rematch" thing is unnecessary/repetitive/etc. NiciVampireHeart 08:24, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:Survivor Series.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Survivor Series.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 23:45, 6 October 2014 (UTC)
What?
[edit]What are you talking about? The next time you post on my talk page, please provide diffs and links, so I don't have to play guessing games. NiciVampireHeart 15:35, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
- First, you don't need to start a new section everytime you leave a comment on a talk page, click the edit button on the relevant section. Second, cagesideseats.com isn't a reliable source and should not be used on wikipedia. See WP:PW/SG#Sources for a list of wrestling-related sources deemed reliable. Problems with upload of File:04 WM29 Press.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:04 WM29 Press.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Chad patton, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.thefullwiki.org/Chad_Patton_%28referee%29.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Chad Patton.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Chad Patton.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 01:00, 27 November 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Chad patton
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Chad patton requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.thefullwiki.org/Chad_Patton_%28referee%29. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Royal Rumble (2008), you may be blocked from editing. Do not change sourced match times. NiciVampireHeart 13:39, 30 November 2014 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Wwe-summerslam-2002.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Wwe-summerslam-2002.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 00:05, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Wwe-summerslam-2002.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Wwe-summerslam-2002.jpg, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- The image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated. (See section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
- The image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. (See section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
Stefan2 (talk) 08:58, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

Re: Hi (No Mercy 2008)
[edit]Hi. I don't fully understand your comment "How did you do cleanups like No Mercy in 2008?". Are you asking me how I knew what information to remove and what to keep? Nikki♥311 02:55, 8 July 2015 (UTC)
Wikipedia has policies against using too much jargon or being too technical when writing about certain subjects. A person who has no idea about wrestling should be able to read about a match and get the basic idea of what happened. Therefore, match descriptions should be short, to the point, and encyclopedic. I like to include who is in the match, the stipulation, a couple of the major spots, and what happened at the end. Everything else is just filler. It takes experience to know what should and what should not be included, but that's the basics of how to tell. Nikki♥311 01:12, 10 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
