WikiSk template
[edit]Hello,
I have recently founded a template which can be used on their user pages by those, who contribute to the Slovak Wikipedia as well. If you do and if you are interested, you can have a look at Template:User wikisk. Jan.Kamenicek 22:40, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi. If you have the opportunity to cast your eye over this article (which I think is in Slovak, rather than Czech) to let us know what to make of it, that would be really helpful. It's up for AfD at the moment, but obviously we don't want to delete something that will be keep-worthy if translated. Ďakujem in advance. BigHaz - Schreit mich an 12:08, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Mošovce
[edit](ja:モショヴツェ) Hello! Thank you for your briefing. I think that this problem is solved now. I am going to remove the deletion tag, seeing a situation about one week. By the way, when I asked about pronunciation last time, the inquiry about the following words was forgotten, and they have remained not carrying out the katakana notation. Since I want to change this point to this opportunity, please teach the pronunciation of the following words. Thank you.Penpen0216 23:41, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Hi there! I noticed your plea for help on the Faroese wikipedia for improving the Mošovce article, so I edited it a little, making the Faroese a bit better. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Mošovce, so I couldn't help you with more than the Faroese bit. Cheers, CatBoris 18:11, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
Slovak Wikipedians' notice board
[edit]Hi. You might be interested in checking out the brand new Wikipedia:Slovak Wikipedians' notice board. All Wikipedians interested in Slovakia or subjects somehow related to Slovakia are invited to use this noticeboard as a tool for better organizing their activities, making announcements to others with similar interests, and discussing any actual issues related to their work on Wikipedia. You are welcome to add this notice board to your watchlist, so that you could see when it is updated and thus take part in any projects, initiatives, and improvements relating to articles about Slovakia. Also, you are welcome to report your own articles here so they could be peer-reviewed and expanded by other contributors. Tankred 15:57, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Ovecka.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Ovecka.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 22:07, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Révay family
[edit]Greetings!
I saw your editing on the Révay clan article. That was pure Hungarian nobility. First just see the name, what is old and typical Hungarian noble name. That time Slovakia was North part of the Hungarian Kingdom. Révay has nothing to do with Slovaks. If he can lives now, than he can be ethnic Hungarian!
Greetings. MagyarTürk
Thanks for your answer. But that time Syrima was part of the Hungarian Kingdom, I meant it. MagyarTürk —Preceding undated comment was added at 16:39, 26 September 2008 (UTC).

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:Territories lost by Hungary under the Treaty of Trianon
[edit]A tag has been placed on Template:Territories lost by Hungary under the Treaty of Trianon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an unambiguous misrepresentation of established policy.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Si Trew (talk) 17:52, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

[edit]A tag has been placed on Template:Territories lost by Hungary under the Treaty of Trianon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.
If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Manor House in Mošovce into Mošovce Park. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa (talk) 22:14, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you Diannaa. Makes perfect sense, the thing is that I'm the original contributor/author of the text in both articles. I hope that makes text reorganization like this possible even without explicit tagging :) Many thanks. PeterRet (talk) 09:09, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Ladislav Hagara moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Ladislav Hagara. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. AntiDionysius (talk) 03:09, 28 December 2023 (UTC)
