Request reason:
Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 192.168.1.131. Place any further information here. I've done a lot of editing without first logging in, which may have led to the block. But I am not, nor does my computer fuinction as, a web host provider, merely an individual user.
Decline reason:
You've edited since making this unblock request, so I assume the problem is fixed. If not, give us more to go on than a private IP address. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 14:01, 28 March 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
I do not see a block on this account. I don't think that is your IP address, it's probably that of your router or WiFi. You can use [www.whatsmyip.com WhatsmyIP] to determine your IP address. If you are using a VPN, you will need to disable it if you want to edit. If you are still unable to edit, you will need to tell the exact message that appears when you attempt to edit. 331dot (talk) 08:05, 27 March 2019 (UTC)
Disputed non-free use rationale for File:The Wicked Dreams of Paula Schultz, paperback novelization.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:The Wicked Dreams of Paula Schultz, paperback novelization.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
