Your thoughts on RLH page

[edit]

Hi Pegnawl, Thanks for helping us keep the RLH page up to wiki standards. I see where you are coming from about keeping the first paragraph simple per the wiki style manual. What would you think if I were to add a section "Investment Criteria" to the page and I could put into that section the info about RLH's criteria that you deleted? InvestorPE (talk) 19:35, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @InvestorPE:, you should bring this up on the RLH Talk Page so that there's a more easily accessible track record of the discussion. Personally I think that a new section for this purpose is a fine idea, but the content you want included is still hugely promotional and will certainly be challenged. Two very clear instances of promotion are in the line "makes investments in profitable enterprises" and the entirety of bullet point iii (the three references don't even mention Riordan, so what you're doing here is Original Research). Wow! How did you find this [1] ? This is quite a bit more than a press release. And I did not previously come to this website. Previously, I came to a one page website with virtually no relevant information. I'm guessing my search words were off. Well, I am officially amazed. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 21:12, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there @Steve Quinn:! I searched their website for mention of "phone" and this came up. It's still all very strange, so I was secretly hoping you'd call the number and report back :D Pegnawl (talk) 21:20, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) LOL! OK. Sure thing. I'll get right back to ya! :>) ---Steve Quinn (talk)
FYI, found another phone number and human appended to a press release. I wonder if searching the company on Baidu or Yandex would yield more information. Pegnawl (talk) 21:25, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, this is interesting. This was briefly covered in some of the RS that Cunard posted. But the coverage was not too detailed. This press release seems to have more detail, so I look forward to reading it. Thanks for finding this. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 21:31, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
