Hi Pearltmiller,

Your opening sentence for your article does have the important information for Morimoto Kaoru, and captures my attention as a reader. Not only do you have the year of birth and death, but also the play that he is famous for. The page as a whole is organized, done in a chronological order. As of right now the content given is balanced, but all the sections seem brief with information. Since "A Woman's Life" has its own section it would be nice to see a picture from that play, when we start to upload pictures. A section that flows well are the edits you made on lines 22 and 28 where you took out some words to make it not only flow better, but to appear less opinionated. To me the section that doesn't flow well is the "Death" section. I think this will be your shortest section, and will sound abrupt reading it because it won't have as much information as the other sections, I suggest incorporating in the biography section at the beginning. You do a good job at keeping a neutral point of view on the areas you have worked on thus far. There was no grammatical errors that I found, or typos. An area that could use some improving is the early life section; perhaps you can find information on what inspired him to write. I noticed your person didn't live a long life so sources to you may be limited. Although, you may have already did this I would check the East Asia library for more information on your person. Your page looks great so far, you are off to a great start! Look forward to reading your finished article.

Image on Kaoru Morimoto

[edit]

I see that you reinserted the image from the 1949 film of A Woman's Life. As I stated the first time I undid the addition, this is a film that is unrelated to Morimoto's play. Here for instance is the JMDb entry that states that the 1949 film is based on a work by Sunao Fukunaga (ja:徳永直). Unless you can find evidence that proves the film is based on Morimoto's play, please do not reinsert the image. Michitaro (talk) 21:42, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You again reinserted the image. I have removed it again. Wikipedia is a space of cooperation. If you cannot cooperate with other editors, I will have to talk to your professor. (I know you are part of the Education Program:University of Washington/Asian 207 (Spring 2015)). Michitaro (talk) 23:17, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
