The outline is very thorough, so the only suggestion I have for improvement is to reorder some of your sections: as a better introduction to Pompeiian frescoes for the general reader, I would put the Significant Sites section right after the overview, and then discuss Composition and Materials. You may already be planning on doing this, but I also suggest including pictures, especially of your significant sites.
One additional resource you could include in your See Also section would articles about Herculaneum: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herculaneum While Pompeii was buried in ash, Herculaneum was hit with mud and lava, so the excavation has been much slower. It would make an interesting contrast to your article.
You are following Wikipedia guidelines in that your outline is well structured and everything is appropriately cited. Overall, you did an excellent job!

Peri, This outline looks amazing! It’s so thorough and covers all the bases that are relevant in this topic. I like that you break up the restoration methods into older and current methods, it helps contextualize the earlier work that’s been done on the frescoes. For the overview I would suggest having two different sections that cover the history of Pompeii and the history of the frescoes separately. I would also suggest moving up the relevant sites so that they immediately follow the overview and history of the frescoes. I might suggest including the Wikipedia page for the National Archaeological Museum in Naples in the see also section, since a lot of the frescoes are housed there. In terms of Wikipedia style, I would look out for using title capitalization rather than sentence capitalization in your headings and article title. Other than that this is a really amazing start and I can’t wait to see the finished product!
