I'm sorry, but this is not the sort of text that is appropriate to an encyclopaedia. Expressions such as "stirring passions that dwell within us all, but expressed by so few" just have no place here. Wikipedia is (or at least, ought to be) written in a clear, dry, dispassionate tone. Every statement that might conceivably be challenged or questioned needs to be supported by an independent reliable source. If you look at a page such as Robert Clatworthy (sculptor) (which I wrote), you may perhaps see what I mean.

I think it's possible that Henderson meets our standards of notability, though I'm not sure. May I suggest a minimalist approach? Something like this:

identify eight or ten reliable sources that discuss him in some depth
write one short clear sentence based on each of them, with a citation to your source at the end of it
arrange those sentences in a logical order
remove any "raw passion" or "deep sensitivities" or empowerment or driving passion or whatever that have sneaked in when you weren't looking
see what's missing
if you've got a basic outline of his life, submit for review

Oh, and we don't put weblinks in the article text, only links to other Wikipedia articles.

Wikipedia requires significant coverage about the subject in reliable sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of people and the golden rule. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. I should probably leave this for another reviewer, but there's a backlog, so here goes …

Essentially, all of what I said before still applies. You need to:

identify reliable sources which cover and discuss him in depth (the Cathcart review is a good start in this direction); he died quite recently, so I suggest looking for obituaries in the major national newspapers. Until you have those sources, notability is not established, and the article will never be accepted. If he had a show at the RA there was surely plenty of coverage of that; if he had a canvas in the Summer Exhibition, there won't be much or any.
remove any reference that is not about him at all (and there seem to be plenty of those!)
remove any link to material that is in copyright and published without the consent of the copyright owner, per WP:LINKVIO (I haven't checked all of them, but I think all the Google docs refs may fall under this heading)
remove all peripheral or irrelevant material, including stuff about who his friends were and what they did (unless it is directly relevant to his work)
remove all unreferenced material; if it isn't verifiable, we don't put it in Wikipedia

That's all a lot of work, I'm afraid;. The primary task is to establish notability, the rest of it won't help without that.

I'm going to be very very picky here, and I like being picky at AfC, but there is some stuff here, like quotes, which are not attributed to a source (the last sentence at the bottom of the submission speaking about Ireland) along with other stuff. I do not expect all to have a source yet (this person is dead, so WP:BLP is not a problem}, but some things just haven't been covered.
