(Cross-posted from the article Talk page) You have created this page 3 times, twice deleted to date. You may wish to consider the WP:AFC process rather than post this unreferenced biography directly? However, do note first that Wikipedia has notability criteria (as well as referencing requirements) which require something more than having employment as a CIO.
