Speedy deletion nomination of Ku-Ku Band
[edit]Hello PSS356,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ku-Ku Band for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. :) (talk) 09:48, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
PSS356, you are invited to the Teahouse!
[edit]Hi PSS356! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
An article you recently created, Webit, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 14:37, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
- @PSS356 The article is written in a promotional tone and is written more like an advert. See WP:NPOV. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 14:39, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
Hello ~ Eejit43, many thanks for your feedback and for sharing your tips. I will follow them and try to correct the content. The purpose of the page is not to advertise. I want to create the page because I think the topic would be helpful to the audience. PSS356 (talk) 15:18, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
- @Eejit43
- Hello again. I've made some edits to the content, trying to avoid sounding promotional. Is it okay now and needs more edits before I resubmit it for review? Thanks for your assistance! PSS356 (talk) 14:50, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
- That looks much better! I'll submit the draft for review, and may review it if I have time later! ~ Eejit43 (talk) 14:59, 7 February 2023 (UTC)

- Of course!! :) ~ Eejit43 (talk) 15:23, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, @Eejit43 I hope all is well with you!
- I have a question. How long does it usually take to approve a Wikipedia article? Thank you in advance. PSS356 (talk) 14:40, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- @PSS356 it can sometimes take up to 3 months, however it is not impossible for it to be a lot sooner. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 16:37, 23 February 2023 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, PSS356. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Webit, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:40, 25 May 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for the feedback.
- I have no relationship with people, places and things at all. The only reason I try to create pages on a specific topic is because I believe they are worthwhile and significant. Also, creating Wikipedia content is a hobby I want to develop. I'm interested in learning how to do it, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you! PSS356 (talk) 06:48, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
