Correction of dashes

Hi there Oronsay. Thanks for fixing dashes on my new page at Enid Russell. I am actually interested in what you did there - what is the difference between the standard dash produced by the - key, and the one you replaced them with? The ones you used look longer, right? Is this a standard style thing from Wikipedia, and if so, how do I produce that kind of dash for myself in future? Ishel99 (talk) 00:53, 20 September 2020 (UTC)

Aha! I just found Wikipedia:Hyphens_and_dashes which explains it all. Seems I don't really have to worry about working out which one to use and how to create it, as other editors (like you, hehe!) can fix it with scripts? Is that ok actually? Ishel99 (talk) 00:58, 20 September 2020 (UTC)
@Ishel99: I'm glad you found the solution. Searching Wikipedia's Help pages is not always easy. Obviously it's better if you use the correct one, but it's not worth worrying about. I don't always pick all the hyphens up in my own editing. Happy editing! Oronsay (talk) 05:04, 20 September 2020 (UTC)

Canbelego coordinates and blue location marker on the associated map

First thanks for adding the coordinates to this article, but there could be a problem. The following relates to the page that appears if the link for the coordinates ( https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?pagename=Canbelego&params=31_30_34_S_146_15_55_E ) is clicked. I do not know the coordinates of Canbelego but where the blue marker is showing on the map (to the north of the Barrier Highway) is not the location of the village. The village is visible on the same map view (if 'zoomed out'), at a location south of the Barrier Highway around where Rosevale Road and Florida Street meet. In fact, in a 'close up' view the street plan of the village is also visible on the map nearby to that road junction. Perhaps the blue marker is showing a property called 'Canbelego' - I don't know - but what I can say for sure is it is not appearing at the location of the village that is the subject of the article.
