Block message:

Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "OptiStar". The reason given for OptiStar's block is: "Edit warring".

Decline reason: The account was directly blocked; you must use {{unblock}}. But if you're going to post the same request; I wouldn't bother. It's a very short block, and per WP:GAB most admins are likely to decline it. Just let it expire. And edit construtively thereafter. — Daniel Case (talk) 15:41, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article Dahl Mobile has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unremarkable company. Page poisoned with weasel words.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Explay

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Explay requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. AllyD (talk) 07:58, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Explanation not to delete Explay

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because because, the company is legal and it's one of the leading manufacturers of telecommunication and electronic products in Russia. I included links that are not coming from the company to prove that it is notable. In addition, I didn't copied and pasted the content from my sources but I modified it to give respect to the the ones who wrote them. OptiStar (talk) 10:08, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited CAT Phones, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Incorporation (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Commenting in Articles for Deletion discussions

[edit]

Hi OptiStar, this is just an informational message: when you comment in an Articles for Deletion discussion (such as Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dahl Mobile or Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Explay, please add your comment to the bottom of the page, not the top. The important thing is of course that you participate in the discussion, but the discussion should happen below the nomination, with the most recent comments at the end of the page (unless you're commenting on a particular previous comment, in which case you add your comment below that one). Thank you very much for being part of the discussions! --bonadea contributions talk 13:02, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate articles being created

[edit]

I'm not sure if you normally edit another language Wikipedia, but you need to become aware very very quickly that the requirements for articles on the English Wikipedia are very different than others. For example, it's not enough for a company to exist, it must also be NOTABLE. A new company for example cannot hope to achieve the required notability in most cases. Wikipedia is not a directory of existing companies, it's an encyclopedia of notable topics. You may see WP:CORP for more of the requirements for businesses, but I will ask you to immediately stop creating non-notable articles, and STOP arguing for their inclusion when they clearly do not meet the established requirements. (✉→BWilkins←✎) 13:18, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

First, please keep discussions together. Second, see WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS. We probably haven't gotten around to deleting the other junk - there's less than 1,000 admins, after all (✉→BWilkins←✎) 17:29, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate articles being created

[edit]

Then how come I see companies coming from Asia (I won't mention specific names of the country) that are hardly heard of? I mean that's biased already and subjective. BTW, I'm not arguing, I'm just pointing out my argument. You have to be fair. OptiStar (talk) 13:32, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Mobile Tout Terrain, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an acceptable page. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this page is not blatant advertising, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You are welcome to edit the page to fix this problem, but please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. As well as removing promotional phrasing, it helps to add factual encyclopaedic information to the page, and add citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the page will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Peridon (talk) 19:59, 17 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Company notability

[edit]

You seem to be under the misunderstanding that articles are being deleted because we don't think the companies exist or are legally recognized. The concern is nothing of the sort. It's just that on a planet with seven billion people or more on it, there are going to be many hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of non-notable companies, who will never have an article here in Wikipedia. --Orange Mike | Talk 22:27, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Important suggestion

[edit]

Rethink your interactions here on Wikipedia. You're already on thin ice for creating non-notable articles, which could lead to a block from the project. Now you're harassing editors who happen to know the rules and are trying to assist both you and the project. Actions like that will lead to you being prevented from further editing (✉→BWilkins←✎) 10:43, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at List of mobile phone makers by country, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Biker Biker (talk) 11:25, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

They are my contributions

[edit]

I created those articles and I have the right to do so in anticipation that you will delete them. If you want them back, go create them yourself. Isn't it that you hate my contributions here? Why are you keeping them? Delete Explay and CAT Phone now because I was the one who created them.

Go ahead block me. This is just Wikipedia. My life does not depend on this website.

But the Wikipedia admin will know this.

BTW I already told my friends not to donate to Wikipedia. OptiStar (talk) 11:39, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
