Welcome!
[edit]Hello, OnlyJustARandomPerson, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Turkey
[edit]If you think Turkey should be Türkiye then go to Talk:Turkey, and, following the instructions at [[kipedia:Requested moves start a discussion to get the page moved. Until then stop disrupting. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 11:26, 24 September 2022 (UTC)]

September 2022
[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You were told explicitly that we do not add the article subject's death date to the marriage template,[1] but you went ahead and did it anyway.[2] It is disruptive to perform edits that are against consensus or talk page discussion. DrKay (talk) 07:24, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kim Jong-un, you may be blocked from editing. This is vandalism. Do it again and you'll be blocked. DrKay (talk) 07:26, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
"Turkey" vs. "Türkiye"
[edit]in spite of the Erdogan government's proclamation, the English-language WP:COMMONNAME of this country remains "Turkey", and it is Wikipedia policy to use that name. Please don't make any similar changes to other articles. Please see the WP:COMMONNAME policy page for more information. — The Anome (talk) 19:57, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
Hoax
[edit]Please do not create, maintain or restore hoaxes on Wikipedia. If you are interested to know how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements already in Wikipedia – and, if possible, correct them. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Continued disruption will be met with sanctions, which could include a block from editing. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you. Canterbury Tail talk 18:37, 29 September 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Unkown Article
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Unkown Article, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. (See section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Wikipedia has standards for the minimum necessary information to be included in short articles; you can see these at Wikipedia:Stub. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
