Sorry to revert you on vampire, but the article is huge and a quick look on google using the two terms only seems to come up with pages where the two terms are not used with each other. They seem to be cannibals or giants. Casliber (talk · contribs) 13:47, 1 December 2010 (UTC)
Titanic (1997 film) and Titanic 2 are not directly related
[edit]Hello, Ohdear15. You were reverted on the matter, but I would say it shouldn't be included for more than just being "unsourced." The Titanic 2 article currently states, "The film is not a sequel to the 1997 film by James Cameron, although movie website Dread Central has suggested the film may be a mockbuster of it." I became aware of the film while watching a commercial for it on the Syfy channel. I would say it was/is definitely trying to bank on people associating it with Cameron's film, but there is also the reality that it's called Titanic 2 for the simple fact that the ship is supposed to be a followup to the original Titanic ship. Solfatara (volcano) image
[edit]Regarding your image File:Minerals found at Solfatara.JPG that you recently added to Solfatara (volcano), an image of rock and mineral samples from the area is a good idea. However, the image you uploaded has problems. First: why include pumice if not native to the area, second: the orpiment sample is in a shadow - would be better with equal lighting across the image and maybe crop to reduce distracting background. It would be good to retake the picture and upload an improved version. Vsmith (talk) 00:32, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
As far as I know, there are two models of electron density in that triple bond [1] [2]; both are 3-dimensional, and your 2D version might be somewhat too simplified. Regards. Materialscientist (talk) 04:11, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of fictional vampires, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Supernatural (TV series) (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Hi - sorry had to revert your edit to the List of fastest production cars because the Hennessey has not made 20 - see the discussion on the articles talk pages and the rules for inclusion. There was a huge debate around the 20 car limit - most of that debate is now in the talk page archive if you want to talk a look at it. NealeFamily (talk) 23:05, 24 February 2014 (UTC)

You cited fake news
[edit]Hello, your addition to the Oldest Tree page, where you included a tree in the Amazon that was cut down, cited a fake news website. No such tree exists. The story was fabricated by the fake news website and was then picked up as truth by numerous real newspapers. Your addition was thus nicely edited but poorly fact-checked. We have rolled back your edit. --NQue (talk) 12:02, 10 December 2014 (UTC)
Ok, thanks for alerting me, though I was abut to revert my own edit myself after failing to find anything about the tree's age in scientific literature.

Speedy deletion nomination of Phenotype (disambiguation)
[edit]A tag has been placed on Phenotype (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either
- disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
- disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]Hello, and thank you for removing vandalism from Anteater. We appreciate this, but unfortunately your edit was not successful in restoring the article to its pre-vandalised state. For future reference, it is better to deal with vandalism by checking the article's page history to determine how it appeared before it was vandalised. You can then restore the whole article, or the relevant part of it, to an appropriate earlier version. If you simply delete the visible vandalism then any content removed or overwritten by the vandal is lost. See How to deal with vandalism for details. Thank you. Graham87 04:44, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
Ah, sorry, I just assumed they were typos rather than vandalism DJK (talk) 05:44, 12 April 2022 (UTC)

The article Aero (manhua) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
An article dealing with the character of Lei Ling / Aero has been created. The new article also includes the content regarding her comic book series.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
